Default boss 302r heads on a f150

i want to change out my cams and heads, for boss 302 intake cam, boss 302r exhaust cam and boss 302r cylinder heads, for more power but i cant find any one that has done this to a f150. Also the heads say you need rocker arms and lash adjusters and i was wondering if the ones off the 5.0 mustangs will work.

I dont see how it wouldn't work. But you will lose low In torque. The Mustangs are made more for horsepower and torque in the top in of the rpms.

You'll also need higher compression pistons to take advantage of the higher flowing heads & cams. By the time you do all that, you could've just supercharged your 5.0.

Agreed. Super charger is your best bet. I think there around 4000 to 5000 dollars I know that it's expensive. There was someone else who just did there's and got a he'll of a deal from one of our vendors.

$4000 would be a pretty good deal on a supercharger as long as its twin screw i would be interested, although my insurance company doesnt like the idea of supercharging a motor, but i would really like to stick with a n/a set up
