Ya I have popped the hood and checked in their, turns out that their is nothing in the engine bay or near the front. However, I also got a new grill and i needed the exterior PTM'ed and their is a bottom piece on all F150 grills that looks like it should be black and that got some overspray on it as well.

Ok, so on the rear bumper they didnt even take the step pad off before painting? Holy crap, I would make like the old discount tire commercials and drive that truck through the front of their building! Bring it back and make them fix it!

I would at least bring it back and ask for some sort of compensation so you can bring it to another shop that will not eff it up.

That is a true horror story and I would be absolutely livid with rage. I would stay on them relentlessly until you're compensated. Please write the BBB - first telling the shop owner that's your first step to become "whole" by their shoddy work. Then a nice letter from your attorney.

I know we've become a litigious society but this "work" they performed is simply unacceptable and you deserve compensation if they don't make it right for you. Good luck!

Just got a call and service mngr said that the front bumper is being totally redone ( their were indents from the chips and rocks from the previous owner) AND the bumper is supposedly in the booth separated from the truck. Might go in tomorrow at random and pop in just too confirm it.

Also, he said that they used a light thinner to remove the parts that were affected...

All in all, I will post pics when I get it back because separate from this- the truck looks a million times better like this!!!!
