On my truck the factory paint goes to the underside of the groove in the lower body panels....so I don't see why they couldn't finish to the tape line in that groove, it wouldn't be visible to the eye from a standing position. But I like you am not a body man.

DO it! I have a 2011 Platinum grill that is going on my 2010 Blue Flame FX4 this weekend. The 2013 Platinum grill is sweet! Especially since you can use your existing surround.

Nice I have the exact same 2 tone on my FX4! I been trying to find a 6 bar FX4 grill to replace mine since its also sterling gray.
