Default Blowing dust out vents

Hey all new to the forum if there is already a thread on this please refer me. But I live in a remote community and I have to travel about 100 km's (60 mi) on gravel road and this weekend it was really dusty and when we got on to the slower off road portion and turned on the air dust blew out of the vents. Is there any fix for this besides letting it run full blast with the windows down? Is there any type of filter I can take out and clean and maybe run a rag through an inlet to get the particles out?

Thanks!

You might be able to try the recirculation button. So your not using the air from outside the cab. It might work, But not sure... Maybe someone else can chime in with the solution... G/L

Anytime I drive on a dusty gravel road I switch to recirc mode to keep all of the dust out of the cab.

Hit the recirc button. Otherwise you are just sucking all that dust in the air right into the cab.

Thanks for the replies, next time I will try that I didn't even think of that actually but it makes sense. Any way to get the dust out of the vents that is in there now? Any Idea's or solutions?

In Iraq we used an air compressor and blew them out.
