I'm referring to the blinker on the mirror side of the side mirror not the reflector in the front. Doesn anybody sell them in smoked that light up red or any other style?

I swear I saw a truck a while back that had red ones. And even posted about it. But no pics, got caught by a red light so I couldn't caught up to him to ask what he did or what brand they were.

Not that add ones. I'm talking about the factory amber blinkers on the mirror housing.

Ive tried putting double layers of red vinyl to accomplish this look but the LEDs themselves are amber as well and didnt transmit the red color i was looking for. Just a heads up if this thought crossed your mind.

I think red is okay as long as it's rear facing. The 3rd brake light is not on the rear....and some of gm's mirror blinkers were red, integrated into the mirror glass itself

Good point. Now that you mention it, I do recall seeing GM mirror indicators in red.

Gm has red because the mirror blinkers face the rear. Ford uses amber because the mirror blinker is angled to the sides.

Around here red can only be used if it is facing to the rear of the vehicle. Amber can be used everywhere, just not for brake lights.
