Lightbulb Blinker light on dash is always lit

I got in my 2010 F-150 this morning and noticed that the left indicator light on the dash is always dimly lit up, even when the key is not in the ignition. All blinker lights seem to be functioning as normal, and I can even see the left light on the dash flash slightly brighter when the signal is being used. Was wondering if I need to replace the bulbs, multi function switch, or if it is some other wiring issue. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Youre low on blinker fluid.

Most likely the bulb in the dash is corroded

I believe that the dash cluster lights are LED's. Does that mean that the whole cluster needs to be replaced? Any other cheaper fixes that I could look into first?
