2010 rough rear suspension, any suggestions
i bought a crew cab 2010 lariet crew cab last year and i have been extremely disappointed with the ride in the rear suspension. My friend bought a 2011 crew cab and is happy with the overall ride in the rear and says the rear springs are different.
Any suggestions to soften the ride like helper springs, air shocks, air bag helper springs, etc???

Couple of questions for you. Do you regularly haul anything in the truck? Have you ever had a heavy load in the truck for an extended period of time?
The reason I ask is if the rear suspension seems stiff, a good heavy load will help the springs soften up a bit. I would suggest throwing a few hundred pounds of weight in the truck and trying the ride out to see if it suits your taste better. A few bags of sand, mulch or anything for a quick test drive will let you know if it is that the springs are too stiff or too soft for your liking. Heck you could throw some plastic in the bed and add some water for additional weight if you wanted too. Air bags or helper springs would likely make it stiffer, not softer.
