Everyone has their opinion. He can obviously afford the vehicle and he's happy with it. Good on you, have fun with it, and nice truck.

Some daddy's money kid will want it for his high school ride for the mere fact that it says "black ops"

Personally I end up changing a lot of stuff on my vehicles and it wouldn't benefit me to buy a truck already modified.

He said his dad got it on his lot...as in, the lot he owns or is employed by.
He also insinuated that the $70k is a high price, to which about all of us agree.

You said it. The 2 F250 Black Ops trucks I saw at Mack Haik Ford here, were bought for HS kids. There are parents that have lots of disposable income in the Memorial & River Oaks area. You should see the vehicles Roger Clements sons were driving around in over here.

But agreed. Tuscany would not be making these if people would not be buying them.

The F250 Black Ops had a 78K sticker on it when I saw it on the lot. It was basically an XLT that was converted.

None of this offends me, the dealer owner ordered it and some other style truck for each dealership. The black ops truck is cool as hell in person, and this one is pending sale. If you don't like it, I promise it doesn't hurt my feelings or the dealership, I like it, and just figured I'd share it. Yes the price is high, but there's an *** for every seat. Sorry you all didn't enjoy-

When I bought my 2013 a few weeks ago, my salesman said they couldn't kepp the Tonka Trucks on the lot. The black Ops f-250s weren't as hot.

This is at the largest ford dealer in my area.

Yeah not seeing the price tag either but if people are willing to pay then let them waste their money.

I don't think it's hideous, but anyone saying the truck is worth the $70k are crazy!! People are getting fully loaded FX4s for around $45k easily.. You think those few mods are worth $25k? Lol
