Oh, I didn't know your location was the standard for the rest of the world.

  • Painted Black Factory Badging (No Exterior Chrome)
  • Painted Black Ford Ovals $15 of spray paint
  • Painted Black Fender Flares $100ish?

  • Painted Black Grille another $15 in spray paint
  • Painted Black Dual Ram Air Hood (Full Replacement) $1000

  • Black Powder Coated Bull Bar w/ Black KC Lights & Rock Guards depending on which ones between $200 and $1000

  • "BLACK OPS by TUSCANY" Exterior Badging ??

so just shy of 9k in parts plus install costs on a 50k truck and you get to keep your complete factory warranty while running a lift and 35's. I wouldn't cough up the dough and like others have said, you could get a raptor cheaper but i don't think the pricing is crazy since theses are added to an existing truck at tuscany and having one or two on the lot likely gets people to stop and look at them

The local dealer has at least 6 of them on the lot along with 3 Tonka trucks. WAAYY over priced and ugly as hell. All the crap on them is cheap.

Black opps wheels 1000 over factory. Are you kidding. A member on here jut had his rims and tires stolen. He got 5400 for his stockers. So add in the $1600 you have listed, that's $7000!!

You could get 35" Toyos and 22"
American force wheels for damn near have that.

That truck in no way is worth 70K, period. But some sorry sole will buy it. And brag to all his friends about it, when he could built a better truck for 15-20k less.

Except neither you or Tuscany is buying that truck sans wheels and tires from Ford.

Its obviously worth $70K because that's the price they put on them and people buy them. Its just not worth $70K to you.

yeah i agree... I bet they buy fx4's complete and customize them so even though they have tons of wheels laying around that they are likely reselling and hoods and blah blah blah, they bought the entire truck, bought the new parts and paid someone to both remove the old parts and install the new... that's gotta be a lot more than just having them put on at the factory

There's people that buy them so you can't really blame the dealership. Just doing their job making the most they can. They can get that price for it, so why not make the extra profit? Don't pretend like y'all wouldn't do the same lol. I don't like the truck, don't like the price, definitely not worth it to me, but the dealership will get their money off someone who wants it

I'll buy a platinum sd before I'd drop coin like that on an f150. I can't see how it's that much different than my lifted fx4. Even with lift, wheels, and tires I'd still be 25k less than that.

Kind of pointless to argue about whether it's worth the price. The market determines the value. There's enough lottery winners and NBA rookies out there to keep these niche pimp my ride companies in business, so more power to them. They buy Fords, they put people to work, and their owners are happy. Where's the bad part?

Just to reiterate my point, I'm not complaining about the cost ... free market capitalism is A-OK in my book. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the idea that anyone would actually want a truck that is labled "Black Ops Edition" ...

The truck itself looks nice... just get all the "Black Ops" stuff off of it.
