Technically yeah your front alignment may be off. You see some of these service vans like the econolines that are loaded down all there life there front tires are worn pretty bad from toe being off. Since they are always loaded with tools etc, they should have an alignment done with all the weight in the van. This is a different case of course. If you're truck is always loaded down with tools or other equipment in the bed, you should either have helper's or air bags to prevent this, or get an alignment checked while loaded down. If you only tow/haul on occasion it is not as big of a deal. That's what tire rotation is for.

I can get up to 19.5 mpg but the trick is to run 60-65 mph. At 70 mph I can average 18 mpg with the truck fully loaded. These figures are with the taller tires and with the truck leveled. I'm running P rated tires so the mileage drop from completely stock is about 1/2 mpg...not bad in my opinion.
