Default Bilstein 5100 and rear blocks

I'll be installing Bilstein 5100s next weekend on my 2012 FX4, I noticed the housing or cover inside the coil is cracked and broken on the passenger side. I've read threads of people installing the Bilstein's without that cover but I don't like that idea as I'm on gravel and off road quite often. I can't seem to find a new house but I was wondering if its possible to get regular rubber shock boots and zip tie them to the shock that way the piston is atleast covered?

For those who installed the Bilsteins at the highest setting is the truck level for the most part or a slight reverse rake? I tow a 4000 pound trailer quite often and it squats the truck about 3/4-1 inch. I'm thinking about installing a slightly bigger block or add a leaf to the rear to gain some rake back and hope the truck sits level with the trailer hooked up. Has anyone done this and if so do you like it or would you care to post some pictures of your truck to help me out?

The front shocks bellows are readily available from multiple vendors:

Yes William it’ll sit mostly level. After I had the 2.25" level kit and 305/55r20's installed my front measured 40" from lip to ground and the rear is 39 3/4". I’m sure it’s settled a little since and isn’t noticeable. I also don’t tow and only once in a while is my truck bed loaded down where it squats.

I’ve also thought about doing either an AAL or an 04-08 rear block. If I did the AAL it’ll change that rear measurement to 41 1/4”. The rear block route goes from a 1 1/4” or something to a 1 5/8” or similar. I forget exact block sizes but I’ve postec in other threads about it and others have mentioned it.
