From the looks of the photo, I have to say that when it was applied the sticker was pushed into the recesses of the old ford logo and that broke the sticker. Likely in an attempt to get it to lay perfectly flat? All the cracks are along the recesses sections of the ford logo.

Cheers,
GREG

Hmm I wonder if it was a bad batch of the flat black vinyl?? I go through rolls of that color like crazy. Those two may have been off the same roll. I did start using a higher grade matte black that I found in December which may also be why the newer overlays are holding up better.

I'm not sure, it was Blaines front oval I was looking at this morning when we were working on his bedside decals. Not sure how long ago he got his.

LOVE LOVE LOVE his work! Got TONS of compliments and questions! Unfortunately, I'm impatient when it comes to modding. Lack of response to my private messages prompted me to order elsewhere. However, if you read this....shoot me a reply to my messages to ya and I'll probably still order, no hard feelings...just had to do something fast!

Using a pressure washer type steam of water will also do the same thing, and force the sticker into the recesses behind, flexing the sticker to break. I'm not saying you did this, but that could cause the same effect.

Cheers,
GREG
