I've had so many people PM me on here or ask me in person at stores where I got my emblems. I always give them your site info. Thanks for awesome work I get compliments like theres no Tomm.

Many thanks to this thread as it's the main reason I just ordered some overlays from Moody. Quick newbie question though - what's the point of plasti-dipping the emblems before applying the overlay? Doesn't the overlay cover up whatever color the emblems were to begin with?

I just did not want the chrome on the outside... They overlay is only on the blue part, so plastidip is really just to get rid of the chrome on the outside

Mine isn't an overlay just the Ford text/outline.... I figured it would look cleaner that way... needless to say I'm very pleased with the results

And cause your truck is all black... Wouldn't look right with blue emblems.. Love your truck man!

Got my custom decal and overlays in when I got back from vacation. I haven't put them on yet... A little gun shy about putting them on. Afraid that I'll jack it up. So I may try to find a place to do them correctly for me. lol.

They look great, though!
