Big jump in miles to empty number
I have had my 2013 (5.0) since January. Every time I have gassed up in the past, the miles to empty was just under 600. Normally, right around 575. Today, on my way back from a trip, I stopped and gassed up and the MTE was just under 700. I thought it would adjust out after a few miles but it didn't.
Anybody have an idea as to why the big jump?

I think part of the calculation is based on what your avg MPG was just prior to gassing up. Say (just for a stretch) you practically coasted into the gas station making your MPG read like 25+ mpg - this would result in a much higher MTE indication after fillup. This may not be totally scientific but seems to be the case with my 5.0 (2011).

DTE is calculated using a running average fuel economy, which is based
on your recent driving history of 500 miles (800 km). This value is not
the same as the average fuel economy display. The running average fuel
economy is re-initialized to a factory default value if the battery is
disconnected.

That makes sense (the ole "Default Look Up Tables").
