I've had these for 18 months/12k miles and they're great. There's very little road noise. I run 50psi and they're wearing very well.

Pondjumper's pictures convinced me to buy a pair and go White Letter out. Thanks again Pondjumper. 275/70R18 on the stock 18" chrome clad. I love the look now.

Looks great! Did the slightly bigger tire change your MPG much? What about your speedometer? I do mostly highway driving but have always like the looks of the BFG.

Yeaaaa.. about that. went from a 30 to a 33, drained my MPG a good bit. Just changed them out today, so i'm monitoring it. I'm also running a 3.7 not a 5.0 with 3.73's. I'll update when i nail down my mpg.

You computer will be off slightly, I went from a 32" to the same size you did and I have no real difference in computer like speedo.

Those look awesome! I see you are a 4x2- are you at stock height or are you leveled at all? Your speedometer and odometer will be off 8.8%. So when your speedometer reads 60 mph, you will in fact be going 65.8 mph. You may want to think about getting a programmer to correct this if it is something that would bother you! On the flipside though, when your odometer reads 91,000 miles, you will have actually driven 100,000 miles!

I love the TA KO's. Best Rain tire I found for the Northwest. I put well over 100K on two different vehicles running TA KO's.

Unfortunately, They don't make my current tire size. So, I took a chance and went with the new Toyo AT II's. Great tires. Virtually identical to the TA KO's in traction and noise. I think they are better looking than the TA's. It is too soon to say how they will wear.

In any case, you can't go wrong with the TA KO's. Awesome tires.

I've got the Open Country AT2 Extremes and am finding them to break loose very easily on wet pavement.
With snow and ice coming the traction I prefer may not be with Toyos, especially the Extremes....
And I think they are louder on road than the BFGs...

I have the 265/70/18's on the stock FX wheels. I have 50 psi in them. Just looking for some more input as to what to run the tires at. No heavy towing, taking a long trip later this month.
