Not the route I would have done but looks good. For your centercaps, the "aluminum" part comes off from the fake lugnuts and Ford oval. I like a little contrast, here is a few pics for reference:

In graphite (my current set-up):

How many cans of spray does it take to do all 4 wheels? How's it holding up so far?

typically 1 can per wheel. More coats the better and easier for removing later. Use a spray wax after its completely dry to remove the rubber "tacky" feel. Using spray wax every once in a while will keep it from fading. If you want shine use a water based dressing.

It took me about a can a wheel, it is holding up much better then I thought it would so far. I'm going to do another coat soon but honestly I don't need to. It really hasn't been affected

+1 on the plastic bags but the real trick is to use playing cards to protect the wheels! You can see below. Just slide between the wheel and tire

Better trick is to wipe, not spray, tire shine on the tires and overlap onto the tires as you apply the dip and when you're done just peel off the dip on the tires. That way the edge of the wheel gets dipped and you don't have to put a bunch of cards around the wheel.

Fair point, and if you do that take a razor blade and cut along the wheel and tire so when you peel it off you only take off the tire and not the wheel. You'll see sometimes you can peel it all off.

Also, in case it's not clear, my way ruins your playing cards lol
