If you are talking about factory rims they are clearcoated which means just use the wax you are using on the paint. Uncoated aftermarket rims like Weld Racing you polish with something like Mothers.

Adam's Quick Sealant very easy to apply and dries quickly I usually apply it about every 2 or 3 washes.

Armorall spray on wheel protectant works best for me. Easy to put on too; just lightly spray your wheels after cleaning and drying.
