I put the 4" stainless diamond eye system on with the 5" black tip and I absolutely love the sound. Just drove 1000 miles round trip to Kentucky and back and have no complaints. Small amount of drone but nothing bad. Hell my wife never said a word so that tells me it isn't bad.

I had the same kit prior to getting the Corsa kit and the drone is what drove me getting something else. My ears were ringing after long trips and the drone was so loud the interior would buzz under moderate acceleration.

What gears are in your truck and what size tires do you run? I'm wondering if your cruising RPM is significantly different from my average 1750RPM

I just put on a Flowmaster Super 50. Sounds awesome. Kept the resonator. No drone.

I have the roush and absolutely love the rumble and tone. So aggressive even with cats and manifolds. But the drone inside is quite a bit. Almost annoying.

Default Factory restore

I am currently looking to purchase a Ford F-150 and think I have found a pretty sweet deal on a solid truck. The truck currently has a roush exhaust and it is loud! Does anyone have any idea what I'd be looking at as far as price/cost to have the factory exhaust restored to get that noise level down?

Go to the Trade/sale of parts section for your area and see if anyone wants to trade plus some change or not, that would be the cheapest route, doing the work yourself of course.

Are you in Michigan or northern Ohio? I have a complete stock system just itching to go to a good home. What kind of F150? This came off my '12 SCab.
I think you'd be talking quite a bit to go new OEM.

If a single-exit system was desired instead of the same-side dual, we would recommend #15000 (polished) or #15365 (black) for any 5.0L truck besides the extended cab short bed. All three of these systems have a very street-friendly volume that is almost unnoticeable inside the cabin, but are much deeper than the stock system. Hi there! Will the 15461 be ok for a supercrew with the 5.5 ft box?
Your website says yes but some distributors say only for the supercab with 6.5 ft box. Thanks in advance!
