Anyone try the HeraShield protectors? $18.99 on Amazon w/ Prime for a two pack, vs. the $25 with shipping for Lexerd.

No complaints at all! Love it!
Great job doing the before and after pics. Those pictures really shows what an improvement it is.
I bought it initially for the fingerprints, the fact it classes up the look of that display as a whole, was a great bonus.
I have to add, if the price seems a little steep.... I'm going on almost 3 years and it still looks the same as day one. Not even one hairline scratch....nothing!

Thanks... timing was perfect to do the before & after pics.... after you mentioned it, and I forgot I even had it! lol!
It is impressive. It's real thin but looks amazing! Good news to hear of the longevity. (I've only had it in for 2 days, now).
But your right.... no fingerprints either!!

So, this screen protector doesn't alter the response of the resistive screen?

It's just like slapping one on a phone.

Yeah. I don't get the love affair with screen protectors. They're about as much fun as condoms. AND they do not qualify as a 'modification.'

If the display was already glass I probably wouldn't have one on there.

Imo, if something has been changed to look completely different than it did when it came from the factory, it's a modification.
If it performs better than it did from the factory, then it's been modified.
That's just me tho...

I also hope to hell, there isn't a single guy out there that prefers condoms....
