I'd say its possible, but not easy. Maybe with a brush, but I doubt you could spray them.

advanced auto parts and yeah they didn't fit I wish they did

Put grip tape on the running boards. Look great and love my family not slipping now.

What is your favorite mod under $50?

My vote is a couple of mods combined that are under $50 combined
Grip tape for running boards - backseat fold down easy access - LED lights in foot wells

Great idea. I have a bunch of scrap left over from C-130 cargo ramps that I could use. I wonder how well it will hold up over the years in the weather?
