Its really easy just splice them to your main headlight wire. Or splice it to your parking lights to where you can turn your parking lights on and have them on also, without blinding everyone with your headlights. Im about to get a second set and do them that way.

Also dont forget to rap the wires where you spliced them. Or you will eventually have major problems. I used electrical tape to wrap mine up

Not much to it, I just sanded down the chrome on the caps, a few coats of primer, a few coats of color, and a few coats of clear.

The paint I used was Dupli-Color Exact Match, it is not an exact match, but on the mirror caps you can't tell the difference.

Also u can use a poly fill pillow from Walmart for 2$

Not a mod I have done yet, but I was thinking of getting one of these:
Amazon Amazon

Less than $50, but I would like to put something in the receiver that could act as a buffer in case someone isn't paying attention, and also adds something to the lights to make people more aware when I am stopping.

It is blue most of the time, but goes red when you hit the brakes.

Anyone know the legality of one of these since it has blue? I tried reading up on blue light laws in Indiana, and it seems they are OK as long as not in the front/on top, and don't "Strobe". But I drive a lot in Indiana/Ohio/and Michigan. So just checking to see if anyone has run these and their legal experience.
