I have been looking to upgrade backup lights for a while and really wanted to stay away from 3” cubes either under the bumper or in the bumper. So I seen these on eBay and thought I’d try them. Turned out awesome and were only $6.99. The light output is great

It’s threaded on the back with a nut so I just went through the plastic bumper guard

Good idea, the plastic stuff is probably cheaper to replace than a whole bumper. Won’t rust either.

  • My F106N Fumoto oil pan valve came today a week early. I have one on the 454 in the motorhome and it is a hassle saver for sure. While it is slow to drain but it is not as slow as the 2010 5.4L oil filter part of an oil change. The speed is not any issue because I put the line on and start the draining while the engine is fully hot then go about organizing the rest of the oil change and letting the filter cool a bit.

I have an almost identical container, although I usually leave mine in the (covered) truck bed.

Got the truck back from the body and got this mounted last night so I can change out a filter full of ATF at each oil change and just stand in front of the truck. It took me the second try to get the in/out connect logic figured out. It was looking good after a 5 hour drive today. I wanted a simple way of changing my ATF a little at a time without needed to touch the dipstick or the pan.

Several years ago there was another thread on the subject. I got the base off of Amazon for about $30. Summit has the same base for about the same $$$ but I am a Prime junky. Time will tell but today I pulled a sample to view and compare with future samples.
