Where did you run the wires into the truck?

A big thanks to Bruinsa22 for making these grab handles at a very reasonable rate with very fast shipping. They are double looped on the ends which makes them very sturdy. My better half pulls them through the headrest and can use them to get into the front seat; I got brownie points for buying an accessory of the helpful variety. They have gotten a lot of use and I've hung from it and it's held. The grey in these is a bit lighter than the grey interior of the 2011, but I'm sure you could inquire about color options. Perhaps Bruinsa22 will post photos of the ones with 3 colors, I am tempted to get them with the blue mixed in for a pop of color.

Default Climbing rope!

The kids have a little trouble getting into the truck - and I'm too cheap for running boards or nerf bars.

Plus, I don't like the looks of running boards personally. Do you have any problems with the doors latching properly?

Not so far. There's plenty of clearance for the rope - it would only be a problem if the loop slipped out over the front of the latching bar. If that happened, the door would probably just bounce off anyway.

Good evening

This is my first post. Fantastic forum BTW!

This modification cost me $6 (3 A/C Pipe insulation $2 each)

I brought a brand new bed cover from ebay but was too soft and the solution was very cheap and easy, I just bought 3 A/C pipe insulation, cover all 3 straight bows with the insulation and DONE!
