Those things are no joke. There are a couple of F250's running around with them in my area and they will absolutely blind you if you're the unfortunate soul to crest a hill with one of them coming towards you at night.

Thanks guys! did the tail gate badge and emblem today! Looks awesome, I am happy with the result. I forgot to cover up the "0" in the badge so its black inside. Ill fix that when the weather is warm so its white again, as I am fine with it like that for the time being.

Looks like he taped them off and plasti dipped them. I just did mine but I bought new appearance package emblems and had the red painted white. The emblems actually snap apart and can be painted while disassembled. Here are a few pics of my project. FYI My stock ones are for sale

Yes and no, you're half right lol...

Yours looks good too I'll probably use a fine brush or my gfs nail polish brush and paint inside the little "FX4" on the badge this summer.

I did all of that for $45 so I can't complain
