Default Best Lift Kits available?

I have a 2009 XLT 4x4 5.4 supercrew and i was wondering which lift kit is the best to go with? i would like to lift the truck 6" and add 22" rims on 35" Nitto Mud Grapplers. Any suggestions on a good lift?

Lots of people love McGaughys, Zone, BDS, and Rancho each for various reasons.

why not just go with a 4" lift if you are going to be running 35s. alot more stress on the truck going with the 6". tire gaps do not look right to me. just my opinion but if you are stuck on the 6" go for it.
