Best/cheapest option for front strut 2" level
#22
Once I got it off the ground there is a small ( 1/4") gap between the UCA and strut. It rides fine although a bit stiffer. Not sure what to do here as I'm running out of options. I can always get uni-ball UCA's and fix that and cv's are cheap enough to replace as long as it's not every couple weeks but I definitely don't want to ruin my differential.

You stacked a 2" front lift (part of the 6" lift" on top of a 2" lift from the shocks. I understand why but horrible idea. Max lift anyone suggest when going this route is 3" and most will tell you no more than 2.5".
The cure: remove one of the lifts. Take the strut spacer off and put the shock lift to max. That should net you 2.5" over the standard 4" lift.
Otherwise, you have to be willing to risk the cv axles, suspension geometry, and diff.

Yeah that CV angle is kind of scary...I mean you might be okay but I'd be cautious using 4wd in any harsh conditions. Also, it looks like your UCA has very little down travel like you mentioned with the gap...I'd be careful going over big bumps. 6" strut spacer and bilsteins set at 2" have worked in the past but it looks like this lift is not as ideal as others. I don't think just getting uniball UCA's is going to solve everything. Obviously the downtravel issue may be fixed but I think the only thing to do is lower the bilstein setting to help out the CV angles.

I wasn't aware until after I did it that my 6" RC lift is technically a 4" lift with 2" level. My adjustable Bilstein struts are set at 2". So I guess you could say I'm running a 4" lift with a 4" level. I wasn't aware of that until yesterday. I'm considering removing my struts and adjusting them to 1" of lift instead of 2. Then I'll only have a 3" level. Hopefully that will help my angles enough and still be able to fit my 37's I bought with my -44 offset that I believe I have.

37's with a -44 offset rim? I highly doubt that is gunna work unless you do some metal work on the inner fender closest to the front doors. But I am gunna be curious to see if you can get them to work...
Good luck!
