Best bang/buck aftermarket audio
 

Hey - thinking about upgrading my sound system on my 2010 Lariat supercrew. I do not have Navigation.

Anyone have any tips on some really great value speakers? Do I need a new headunit? Is this something I could do myself?

I did a head unit and it helped
I do plan on upgrading to infinity speakers soon

Most name brand aftermarket speakers will make a noticeable difference in your sound quality. I'd search around amazon, crutchfield or newegg for any sales. 5x7 or 6x8's fit in the doors. I'd start changing the speakers first, very easy job. If you want to go down the aftermarket nav hu route be prepared to shell out some $$$.

Not sure if you have seen the post on sales but kicker sound stage from on site vendor seems like a good deal. $375 for speakers amp and sub all plug and play. Not sure how to post links or I would have posted!

So this kit won't work on an 09 lariat with standard radio like no Sony or nav? And why wouldn't it hook up?
