5.0 metal Melushia 4" catback
Anyone running a gibson metal mulisha 4" catback with a 6" tip? Seems a little much for the motor but I hear ppl claim they gained power ,
My set ups a 13 5. 0 with bully dog programmer and 35s on 18" wheels and a 2" level
Like to hear first hand before I decide with or against it

Why on earth would you put a coffee can sticking out the back of your truck? I don't care what kind of performance gains someone talks about (truth is you'll get none from a 4" exhaust), it will look stupid.
I can't help but laugh at how ridiculous these diesels look running around with these huge 8-10" tips on their trucks. Who ever told them this looked good had to be messing with them.

I know personally , I want to run duels and aint a fan of the 6" tip but they sound good from the clips I've seen and kinda matches my truck..... I wish they were a smaller tip

We installed the gibson on our 5.0L truck for testing. The sound clip will be up soon. I wouldn't say that it gained and more power than any other exhaust we added. If you go with duals are you looking for side exit duals or rear exit duals?

I'm running that set up on my 5.0.. I wouldn't say it gained any power or MPGs but it sounds awesome and with the bigger tires the 6 inch tip looks very goood. ZERO regrets putting it on my truck.

I think it would look dumb on a gas. I cant see it making a difference, especially since its just a cat back exhaust.
On diesels the 5" turbo back exhaust makes sense because it provides better flow. On a diesel the best exhaust is no exhaust so the bigger pipe does make a difference.

Yeah, that's a bit too big. I have a 4" Gibson tip and that's probably a bit too big but okay.
I especially get a kick from those diesel folks who put the massive semi-truck pipes sticking up out of the bed. Perhaps they are seriously overcompensating for some other issue...
