Ah, good deal yeah maybe textured wasn't the right one

Erm, yeah, they look too high and a little scattery, i would check the clocking to begin with, that should fix the scatter, and then look at the cut-off line height and maybe adjust down if needed.

Besides clocking them, is there an adjustment screw(s) for up/down, etc.?

I assume the allen wrench that came with them is for clocking?

Your headlights have their own left/right and up/down adjustment, yes.

I didn't need to clock mine, but i believe that's what the allen key is for, yes.
Clock first, adjust headlight units second.

I don’t recall any adjustment screws. Just the three install screws and the pop in fastener.

Where are they?

I've been running the Philips bulbs with a home made 12awg relay harness and its... reasonable. Cost way more than the $35 those LED drop ins did, though! Plus the bulbs need replaced approximately every 24 months. For the price, I ordered a set just to trial. Not overwhelmingly optimistic as I expect terrible CRI and a very cool to cold tint... but we'll see!
