they do attach with some hefty velcro that sticks to the bed in various areas. So it might not stick to the bed liner. But other than that i doubt you should have any trouble...

Yes it will work, just make sure the bedrug comes with the right kind of adhesive prep. They sent a special 3M cleaner/prep designed for bedliner with mine and it worked great.
