Looks sprayed on but isn't, nothing slides around like spray on and is impervious, also easy on the knees.

Looks like the same idea as Bed Rug.

Bed rug with tailgate piece. Hauled turf, dirt, bags of concrete, allen block, motorcycles, gear (under backflip), and all kids of kids stuff. Holding up great and nice and soft on my knees when in there. Things don't slide around and it looks great.

The kids also like to play in the there when I am working on the truck (3.5 yrs and 7 yr twins) and it is soft and not hot for them to be on in the summer time.

It's a bedtred, made by the same company that makes the bedrug, but instead of carpet they use an impervious material that grips what ever you put in the bed, easy to install, you don't have to destroy the paint finish like a spray in and it has a soft backing that actually protects the bed surface.

Here's a better description and also where I got it. http://www.autoanything.com/hitch-be...s-bedtred.aspx

I have a cover on my bed, has no effect in anyway with or without, now the bedrug I can understand wanting a cover.
