Bed liner suggestions
Anyone with a spray in bed liner please chime in...
Over the rails, or keep the factory plastic trim on and go just to it? Not sure which to do. Thank you in advance for suggestions.

I made the dealer ship install a liner. On their dime of coarse. I think they use rhino liner. It's pretty thick though so maybe linex. How are you fellas keeping your liners black? I hate it when they start to look grey.

You cant take the caps off. Or you can but theres a crap ton of holes from where the plastic clips on it looks like crap. heres a photo from here where they were removing them for a different reason just borrowed the photo . https://www.f150forum.com/attachment...s-dscn5573.jpg

I did my own with Herculiner, took me a day, and looks great. Left the caps on, and did not cover the bed bolts either. I had Herculiner in my F350 for 9 years and other than turning dark grey, it held up very well, not a single spot came off, or wore and I used it a lot.
$89 vs $499+ for the spray in. I would have preferred the color matched spray in, but $410 can go to other mods like Weathertec mats.

I have the Line-X premium installed on my F-150. It's supposed have UV protection and will look the same after years in the sun. I've had it since late March so I can't say it's the best yet. I am pleased because they pulled the bolts and tie downs out before they sprayed it(easier to work on it if need be). I do like the shine it gives off and has taken my abuse so far. We'll see after a few years.
