Bed Lights
This may be in the wrong forum but I don't know. I wired bed lights in but have a question. They stay on whenever the key is in, so how do I wire a switch into it? I have two power wires and two grounds, so any help would be appreciated. I searched for an answer already and haven't found one.
Buy a double pole, single throw toggle switch. You can put it anywhere in-line between the battery and the lights themselves. Power in, power out, a flick of the switch connects the inputs and outputs and completes the circuit to turn on the lights. You can extend your positive wiring to mount the switch wherever you please.
