Default beat that dead horse!

Sorry for the redundancy, guys. My search function doesn't work on my mobile site.

I've got my mind set on 305/55-20xl Nitto Terra's. I already have a 2.5" AS kit to install. I've read mixed stories of 305's contacting the UCA's, with a factory offset wheel. Can anyone verify or deny this ? Is it just while making a hard turn, or would it be a constant rub ? Otherwise, I'll go 275/60.

Thanks,
Pat

My 305/55R20 on a 2.5 AS lift does not make contact. Just make sure you get a good alignment.

If you get any rub at all from the 305's it should only be when turned to full lock.
Go with 275/65/20's. They will fill the wheel wells better with a 2.5" leveling kit. They are about 1" taller than the 305/55/20 and the 275/60/20. The 275/65's are also about $50 cheaper per tire than the 305's.

I'm mixed on that. I was looking at 295/60's as well, but I'm not big on the stuffed wheel well look. Also, I'd like to keep with a lighter tire. I don't intend on towing with this truck, hardly at all, so load rating isn't a big issue. Don't really want an M/T either...the Cooper Zeon's are kind of gnarly looking, for a mild AT, so they're an option too.

NASSTY...you've got me second guessing. The 34's look better!

I run 295/60/20 (34.45") They are heavier than hell but my truck is tuned so that makes up for the heavy tires and then some.

Cool. There are plenty of 150's around here, but the only modded one is my buddies raptor. So i have no idea how mine will look, or perform in person.

33's should clear no problem with a 2.5 front lift. 34's on a stock wheel, no idea. But I wanted to go 35's and my fox shocks up front are at the max they can be lifted probably right around 3" and I'm almost definite 35's won't fit because of bumper. So I would imagine 34's would be pretty close with a 2.5 but that's just my guess. Dover plains NY huh? That's pretty close to me, my g/f lives in Dover. Where abouts?
