Default Beat Aftermarket cheap Exhaust 13 f-150 5.0

Hi all. New user and first time American truck owner.
best throaty looking exhaust for a 13' SXT 5.0??
I'll be honest, I can't afford the Borla. I'm looking for opinions on the Flowmaster set for around 240$
ideas???
Thanks in advance.

Have an exhaust shop fab one up, should be dirt cheap.

I got a quote for my daughters truck from a local muffler shop. Single exit with Flowmaster 40 series muffler was about $215. Her's is an Explorer, but he said the cost is ballpark for most vehicles. Price would be $20 or so higher for a truck like mine, due to length of tubing, and $20 or less for a smaller vehicle.

My F150 has a muffler shop dual exhaust with a Flowmaster 40 series on it. Love the sound. Nice and throaty, without any drone once you are up to speed. Price wise, mufflers themselves aren't much different. Can't see a Borla being much more than the Flowmaster setup.

Or you could just buy the muffler you want, length of pipe to delete the resonator, and exhaust clamps from an auto parts store and do it yourself. Unless you want 3" piping or something like that.

I had a local muffler shop put a Flowmaster Series 50 on my 13 F-150 5.0 and it is perfect for me. Sounds great and extremely little highway drone. Ran me around $165.

I like the 40 series for the 5.0, at least what I've heard on YouTube. Personally, I think I'm gonna do a muffler delete. Sounds pretty good imo if the resonator is still there and is a bit cheaper to have done.

I have a muffler delete and love the sound. I get compliments all the time on the way it sounds.

Used Raptor exhaust and replaced muffler with a borla pro XS. I got a $1100 exhaust for around $300 total cost. Best looking, sounding, and performance for your buck

I did a muffler delete and had new pipe routed how I wanted. Sounded good but got old fast, 2 days later I went back and had them put a 18" resonator on. Much better, but still a little rowdy for me so i went back to stock. Orignally I wanted to do a borla pro xs but I'm impatient and didn't want to wait for one to be shipped.
