Default Battery died

2011 Harley 20K miles and a dead battery. Not dead as in needs recharging, dead as in dead cell and wont take a charge. Ford pro rates after 12 months so I just ended up replacing. Oh well, happens.

Anyone else have their battery die this soon?

The OEM ford batteries suck. Get yourself a Optima or Odyssey and never look back.

Yeah my last chevy was 7 years old and still had the original battery. But they make better batteries than trucks.

I never have good luck with OEM batteries. Any new car I have ever bought I ended up getting maybe 2 years at best out of OEM batts. Go with an Optima or Interstate if you can afford it. Those are worth it IMO
