It's time to get this figured out; I'm going to get you connected with your regional customer service manager, Chrisc321. Please PM your full name, phone number, VIN, and the name of the dealer you're dropping the truck off to.

I'm on this.

Just got a call from the service advisor and they still are unable to duplicate the issue. They have tried the steps advised them by Ford Engineering and everything checks good. I am satisfied that they are doing everything they can to get it to fail. I asked them to let it sit through tomorrow and through tomorrow night and see how it is Thursday morning.

Thank you for the update, ChrisC321. Have you been able to speak with your CSM about this? I show she reached out yesterday via phone.

They would keep mine for week at a time and never got it to do it, they had ford engineers look at it and never found the issue. it was dead 9 or 10 times, ate 6 batteries, and no issues were ever found.

Like I said before document everything and be prepared for a long journey to get Ford to replace it, or save yourself a ton of aggravation and trade it.

I thought all of my issues with Ford were finally over when I got the new truck 18 days ago, that was until my bank called me yesterday to inform me that they still have not paid off my loan on the old truck. So now my account is delinquent, it has late charges applied, and will affect my credit if its not paid this week.... WTF..... Of course the sales manager isn't returning my calls to tell me why this wasn't paid off yet.

I don't think I want to lemon it or trade it. I'll let them do what they can to fix the issue and do everything I can to help them in their diagnosis. I know how it is chasing intermittent electrical issues, it can be a bear. Ill report back any findings tomorrow.

Yeah, that was the thought plan i had for a while, and after coming out to a dead truck time after time with no resolution it got old really fast..... I cant tell you how many times i personally draw tested my vehicle, did other things to help them find the issue, ETC. I hope you dont end up on the same crappy road i did, but to be honest its looks like your on that road already... I finally got to the point where i said why should i have spent $42k for me to be a electrical gremlin test bed for Ford.

I would encourage you to search my user name and topics and see how many times and how much stuff i did proactively on my end to try to help get my truck fixed and got nowhere. Good luck.

Well, just got the truck back from the dealer. It sat for 2 days and they couldn't find the issue. They did however say the MIL illuminated with a P102D code. Per TSB 14-0082, they replaced the turbocharger intake pressure sensor, connector, and reflashed the PCM. Will post again in this thread if/when it dies again.
