Default Banks SI/SO Monster Exhaust is on!

I installed my new exhaust last night and the install was pretty easy. I knew better than to post up before I had pictures, so I waited until tonight to post up. Since my truck is lifted, I didn't even have to jack it up to remove the stock exhaust in one piece.

I am very happy with the fit and quality of the kit. It is a little louder than I was expecting, but it does have a nice deep tone to it and I think I'll get used to it. I haven't had a chance to get it out on the road much, but a quick trip to the car wash last night didn't reveal any drone issues. I am thinking I should pick up a couple mpg just from the reduced weight alone.

Sorry I don't have any way to post up any sound clips.

Here are some pictures during and after the install.

I'm waiting to do duals myself, but I've only had the truck less than two months, so I'll wait a little longer, lol

Thanks, I really like the looks of this on my truck. It might be a bit uch on a stock truck, but looks right at home on a lifted truck IMHO.

The pipes themselves actually polished up pretty well after I took these pictures. I hope they stay looking this good.

It definitely has the deep tone I was looking for.

Thanks.

Yes, I painted my calipers red and the caliper brackets silver as I didn't want them dripping rust on my purdy wheels.
