I agree. I'm just going to buzz off the excess pipe to keep the tip from sticking out so far. Mine now only sticks out an inch past the box side. Just enough to read "Banks" on the tip.

The included tip is very nice and also well made. I just didn't like the way it looked on my truck. But I would agree that it is by far the best looking tip for a single exit setup. I really feel this kit is a great value as well. I've had it on a few days now and still love the sound. It's very quiet when my cruise control is on. Also I have no regrets about removing the resonator.

I've tried to make a sound clip or two but my phone's microphone just doesn't pick up the sound well.

Does anyone have pics of this kit installed on their truck to show where/how it connects to the OEM?

Type Into Google Banks monster exhaust installed on an F150 and then hit images. You will not have to remove your resonator. My exhaust was installed in less than 30 minutes.

Tell me about it. I had the same problem. Especially when dishing out the money for some of the higher priced kits. I was going to go with a Stainless Works system but couldn't hear one in person so just couldn't drop the coin.

In my opinion banks is the only exhaust to run on these 5.0s. I've ran it on a 11 FX4 and now have one on my 13. I even had bought a mbrp for the 13 and put it on and then took it off after the test drive and ordered the 2nd banks monster exhaust
