In my opinion i think this goodyear tire design would wear more evenly if the oem wheel was 1 inch wider. The tire beads and sidewalls would be farther away from each other and the crown / middle of the tread wouldnt be contacting the road more than the rest of the tread. Just my opinion.I see this alot with this tire on numerous F150's

You know, i just replaced the goodyears with 31,000 miles on them. Mine is a 10 4x4 crew cab also. Truth of the matter is I could have squeezed some more mileage out of them, but right around 30k they begin to self destruct. They became really loud and where never worth a damn in wet weather. I took a road trip two weeks ago and it was like having mud tires on. I'm thinking some belts broke inside the tire or something. They were pure junk. I hated spending over grand on some new tires, but it is like night and day. I went with Cooper AT3's in a 275 70 18 size. They are way quiter even being a more aggresive E rated tire. They actual have traction in the rain, and they are great on some gravel and mud roads I drive on some hunting land. They also have 55,000 treadwear warranty. In my opinion Ford puts some pitiful oem tires on such great trucks.

Looks like over-inflation. You can bring it up with the dealer, but I am sure it won't get you anywhere.
I would get a new set of better tires, and then watch the tire pressure and tread wear closely myself. I noticed that in the rear of my truck, the center wears also more, so I lowered the pressure long before it would look like your tires. I had left them at the recommended full load setting even when empty; that's too much, especially for the rear tires.
Oh, and it looks like your dealer is not following the manuals instructions for rotations, but I doubt that has anything to do with your issue. I have my tires rotated at discount tire, and I make sure they do it the way it says in the manual.
