I'll have to take some better more detailed pics... but basically I framed the box with 2"x 3" s and put plywood on the top and front and put doors on the face of it for easy access. I left the inside open so the inside is just the bed itself. To attach it a put 2 eye screws on the inside of the box and strapped those to the original tie down hooks with some heavy Dufy bungies.
