I have one. I like it when I'm not carrying my bike or something in the back. I don't like how it sits against the cab and blocks the rear view. However, it is VERY easy to remove. 2 hand bolts. I use tie/downs to pull the cover off the cab, so it doesn't test against it. I have a 5.5 box, so the fact that you don't have that 12" of box space lost like with a roll n lock, was appealing. You still lose about 4" though

I've never had one personally but friends of mine have. Some installed by professionals and some themselves. Every single one of them leaked and all went through a nightmare with customer service trying to get warranty replacements. In my opinion the Undercover Flex is a much better product and it's cheaper. I've had 3 and never had a leak. They're worth looking at if you're not dead set on Bakflip.

Also, the undercover has clips to clip when you have it open to keep it from flying up when you're on the road. and support bars if you want to leave it all the way up to truly use your whole bed without it resting against your back window.

I've had the Bak F1 for about 3 weeks. Love it. Replaced a soft roller with this.
Fit and finish is quite nice. So far it's been very water tight. I just finished custom bike mounts for the top of it:

The best price I could find was from Luke truckalter

I wasn't trying to say the BakFlip is a bad product. Just giving you some other options.

I been having my backflip vp for a lil over a year now and the only complaint I have is the clips that hold the prop rods when not in use break pretty easy, but besides that it's been all good

Had mine for a year and well pleased so far. Only leaks are from around the tailgate step during real heavy rain. Has just the look I wanted in a cover also. Easy to install even with the crappy instructions!

I have had the Bakflip F1 for about 1 1/2 years. No problems and no water leakage. I would buy another when I replace this truck with a new one down the road.
