I like it. Still glad I've got my F1. 7 months now/no leaks.

I don't think you will be able to do that. I also don't think that BAK makes that claim do they?

My F1 has been on for 2-1/2 years with no issue. It was a very good purchase as far as I am concerned.

I traded my g2 for a vp. I had an issue with the g2 leaking a lot and one of the hinges broke. I have had the vp on for a week now and love it. I think it looks better and is lighter than the g2. The night I put it on we had real bad storms here (Boston area) and not a single drop in the bed. I also just went through the car wash and its bone dry. So far I am very impresses.

I have the roll x model spray in liner from line x no leaks at all. Don't know if that makes a difference but love the roll x leak free !!!

These seemingly mixed reviews on the lower end BAK models pushes me further toward a Peragon cover.

I just wish i could get my VP leak free. I have reinstalled the rails 3 times. The last time with silicone all over and bak tech support on the phone. I still get water in the front corners and have even installed the cover so it almost touches the cab. I give up......just not the cover i expected.
