Disconnecting your battery should not affect your tune.

There is a "learning" procedure for your ECM that should be followed:

"I can't seem to copy and paste from my tablet. The procedure is under Maintenance, Replacing thheBattery.

If you have an sct x4 Kam reset is under special functions

There isn't anything under special aside from tpms sensor settings and shut off

Check that you Vapor Canister Purge Valve is working properly, not stuck open!

That's an idea! I know I'm having issues with it when I fill up, the truck doesn't like to start right away, and as a result will sit there and crank over till it starts
