Bad day could have been worse, terrible accident

Like the others said, you can always "FOR" (fix or replace) your truck; can't do the same with you.
Seriously though - I was flat out AMAZED at how well your truck looked considering the damage done to the other one. Holy crap!

Sorry to hear about this! Glad you are okay and hopefully the others involved will be okay too. I see way to many people on their phones while driving, with modern day technology such as Bluetooth the phone should never have to touch your ear while in the car.
Looks like your truck came out of it great all things considered, these things are built like tanks. Built Ford Tough

Glad to hear you got away unscathed. I doubt the Subaru driver is hurt too bad, those are solid cars. I used to work in Autobody and was an Insurance adjuster for some time, Subaru's have some of the thickest inner structure in the industry. Techs used to call in sick when one came in the shop for repair, because the metal is so hard to cut out and work.
My wife is also a Firefighter by trade and has seen many wrecks to know what cars are safe and what's not, hence why she drives a 2013 Subaru daily (Our 3rd Subaru). Our last one was a 2011 and got rear-ended by a late 90's GM 1/2 ton. Did a number to my wife's car, but she walked away unscathed.
Not to turn this thread into a Subaru commercial, but they are extremely safe cars, right up there with Volvo. In all seriousness, every vehicle in the photos did extremely well. Even that '04-'08 F-150 looks really good, despite the graphic picks. The entire foot-well and cabin look intact. The Subaru look good to, just on the merit it hit an F-150 head on.

As for the ford of the OP, I am glad you are OK, and not to spoil everyones praise for your truck, but as far as damage to the truck, I think most people here are giving it a little too much credit. most of the damage to the Subaru that was pushed into him was obviously done by the head on with the other Ford. What happened to the OP's truck was the aftermath and most likely had nowhere near the impact the other two saw...
Again, glad you are ok, and hope neither one of them is too serious.

i see so many people holding their phone, not talking, but texting while driving. I can always imagine what if some cars do a lane change or a sudden stop, 100% accident for sure!
Old people, young people, please don't text and drive!

people that cause accidents like this from texting on the phone should have their licenses revoked. seriously automatic suspension of license if you cause an accident while texting on a phone. maybe apply a similar fee structure as those that dui's. maybe people will smarten up if their are actual consequences.

Yeah, her phone will likely be checked. It is pretty standard fare these days. A head on happened directly behind my house and I was first on scene. The police, once they arrived and assessed and stabilized the situation, went right for the phones....
Were you making a left across a 4-lane road? It appears there is no turning lane. If that is the case, that's a design asking for an accident.
Glad to hear that you are OK!! Hope the folks in the other vehicles are as well!
