Default auto spring level...2" or 2.5"

So I'm asking the wife for a level kit for christmas

I emailed auto spring but unfortunately didn't get a response so I thought someone here may have some insight.

I need to decide between a 2" or 2.5" for my 2011. I'm getting the add a leaf version. I don't mind if there is still a little rake when all is said and done however I do not want the front sitting higher than the back. Which to go with?

If it helps I measured front and back and looks like there is about a 2 inch rake. I was planning on going with the 2" kit but just want to make sure as I think the add a leaf will only raise the back about 1.5". Anyone installed one and what results did you get?

Thanks

On the Autospring website the description of the 2" kit w/ AAL says the AAL will raise the rear 1.5".
The description of the 2.5" kit w/ AAL says the AAL will raise the rear 1.5"-2".
However, I have no experience with their AAL's. I've run Autospring front only kits on my last 3 trucks.

I got about 2" with my add a leaf, but it was a procomp version. I think most add a leafs advertise a gain of 1.5"-2" of lift. I have a 1.5 lift up front with aal in rear with rear block removed and still have a 1 inch rake. Personally, I would go with the 2" just because the ball joint angles look pretty harsh with 2.5" I think. Still not ideal with 1.5-2, but not as bad as 2.5-3. What size tires are you wanting to run eventually?

Thanks for the input all.

As for tires I still got life on my stocks so I'm not changing till they are ready but that's another thing I have to decide on. I'll be keeping my stock 20" rims. I'd like to go as big as I can without having any worries with rubbing or issues.

I have the Autospring 2.5" with the aal. The truck still has a rake in it. Look at my pictures and you'll see it. There's a before and after in there.

Here's how the truck looks today. Keep in mind that the boat is in a low spot of the driveway.
