Attempted changing pads and rotors

never seen that stuff. Sounds useful for a lot of things. Any particular place to get it? I sprayed them with zep45 and will do so two more times this week. Maybe by the weekend they will come loose.

I'm in Dallas area. No rust on my buckles. My compressor isn't worn out. It's massive since it supplies air to my whole service shop. And I was the only one there yesterday. I even tried a break over first, that's when I went for my higher torque impact. Heck this impact has twisted 1" bolts in two. I was afraid of that happening to these bolts but, they won't break lose.
Come to think of it I did have to use my breaker bar (24" Snap-On) and a 3' cheater pipe to break those bolts loose, did you eat your Wheaties? coupled with the fact my truck only had 7000 miles on it when I put the lift kit on.

This is what the 2010 Shop Manual says. Double check that your '13 manual says the same thing.
184 foot-pounds is a hefty torque, add a little corrosion, and maybe an over-torque at the factory, and you have really tight bolts. Use lots of penetrant.
- Clean any rust or foreign material from the brake disc and wheel hub.
- Use specified parts cleaner to clean the front brake disc and hub surfaces.
- Install the brake disc on the wheel hub.
- Position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly on the wheel knuckle and install 2 new bolts.
- Tighten to 250 Nm (184 lb-ft).
- Install the wheel and tire.

Confirmed, the 13 manual is exactly the same.

Mine came off with a regular Craftsman 1/2" drive ratchet. I just whacked the ratchet handle a couple of times with a mini sledge and the bolts started rotating right away.
If a bolt gives me a really hard time and the impact gun or cheater pipe won't get it, its time to grab the little propane torch. A small flame on the bolt head usually works great without melting stuff around it. Sometimes they have threadlocker that needs to be softened.
