2010 F150 Lariat Sync Module
I think I have a bad Sync module in my 2010 F150 Lariat Super Crew. It does not have viewable navigation, just standard radio. Where is the Sync module located and can it be replaced?

I would like to use this thread as a question answer type of informational thread. Since I work at Ford as a salesman, I have access to a lot of information. If anyone has a question about anything that has to do with Ford, I will do my best to answer them. When I worked at a Mitsuibishi dealership, I made a similar thread on a Mitsubishi forum and found it to be beneficial to fellow members and also myself as I learned new things finding information out for people.
