Wondering if there's anything I should be looking at for my 2011 V8. Still on original brake pads and the truck status says brake life is 'OK'.
I'm up in Canada and do winters, so the only other two things I do are wax and rustproofing. Been a great truck so far but I wonder if I should be getting those spark plugs changed by now.

Check the owners manual in the glove box of your truck - there's a full manufacturer maintenance schedule with KM breakdowns. Aside from that:
Check your boots on your suspension parts to make sure nothings ripped. Plugs, air filter, inspect your belt. Pull a wheel off and visually inspect your brake pads & rotor. Check your tire tred to make sure theres no uneven wear and that you need an alignment. Unless you have any other concerns it's all you should have to do for some preventative maintenance

Oil change, air filter change, cabin filter (if equipped) change, tire rotation. That's it until 100,000 miles/160,934 kilometers. As stated, all in the manual.

You have never done an air filter change? Plugs and AF for sure.
I would also start looking at swapping out all your transmission, front and rear diff and transfer case fluids. I know they say you can run longer but to me its just not worth it. Ford tech just put out a video warning us owners not to follow fords recommendations. I know most will go with what the book says but I will be starting to swap out fluids at 75k miles.

What I did at 60k
brake pads/rotors/shocks
brake fluid
rear/front diff fluid
power steering fluid (I have a 6.2L)
xFer box fluid (every 30k because its easy)
Transmission fluid/filter
Coolant (every 3 years since I only get about 1/2 out)
oil/air filter (oil every 5k, air every 30k)
Brake fluid was orange in the calipers, transmission black with crude in pan, shocks wasted, pads/rotors were due but could have gone a bit longer. I'm happy with what I did.
