Has anybody used these lights? I don't want all the bells and whistles and the price seems reasonable. Also does anyone know if these are new lights or used ones?

Stage 3 gets them from The Lighting Firm which is a national reclaimed headlight source. TLF tried to do a retrofit for me. Tried. I would trust them for stock housings. Nothing more. Like [MENTION=64411]NASSTY[/MENTION] said...they are take offs. B-grade at best but still better output than halogens.

I installed the same ones, except chrome last night. Install was fairly easy, and the lights were in mint condition. The guy I ordered from at Stage 3 said they weren't takeoffs, but new and unused from Ford's supplier. True or not, mine were in perfect condition, believe me I inspected em hard before install ha. I'm damn picky. I did opt for the upgraded ballast, but with the truck sittin on a 2.5" level, its hard to tell if they are any brighter than the factory ones I had on my 14 XLT.

Add states they are OEM, nothing about takeoffs. They look great. I would think if they were takeoffs add would say they were. JMO

Are these DOT approved? Will they pass the Virginia state inspection? Thanks!

These are OEM take-offs and are DOT-approved. I'm not sure what Virginia inspection entails, but if stick with the OEM HID ballasts, you'll most likely be fine.
